The 23 carat gold cappuccino
It's a real gastronomic curiosity in our country, using our own 'blend'.
The high-quality cappuccino is served in an elegant Hollóházi porcelain set, topped with 23-carat gold smoke foil. The set includes a porcelain tray on which, as a coaster, there is a little reading material about the origin and beneficial effects of gold consumption, in Hungarian and English.
Also included in the set is a "petit four" dessert, which is also the signature dessert of the Aranybástya. The chocolate dessert is a perfect match for our coffee, bringing out its very special flavours. This dessert is covered in a glass dome and enveloped in citrus smoke. We take the barrel off in front of the guest, enhancing the guest experience for visitors. This coffee-chocolate-citrus flavour magic can be the perfect ending to a lunch/dinner, but is also an outstanding experience on its own.
About our basic coffee
Pasco in Turkish Balaton provides us with the two types of coffee we work with. The roasting takes place in Hungary, which ensures that we always brew our customers' black coffee from freshly roasted coffee.
Our 'blend'
A special blend is our basic coffee, from the speciality category: large-bodied and complex (acidic, bitter and sweet at the same time), made especially for us and only available at our place. Most of it is Brazilian (arabica) coffee, with Indian (robusta) and Ethiopian (arabica) coffees. The acidity comes from the citrus, the sweetness from the peanuts and the bitterness from the dark chocolate aftertaste. It has a creamy texture with a rich crema layer.
Single Original Speciality Coffee
Our other coffee is 'Single Original Specialty Coffee', which is a 100% Ethiopian Arabica coffee. It is made with natural processing. This type must be indicated separately to the server if we want to order the coffee from it. Thinner, medium-bodied coffee dominated by citruses: from time to time, other citrus can be felt in it (grapefruit, mandarin).
