Duck liver pâté with pink peppercorn–apricot reduction, crispy fat crumble and brioche
The tasting menu’s refined appetizer is a silky duck liver pâté, highlighted by the sweet and spicy notes of a rose pepper-infused apricot reduction. The textures of the crumbled lard and fresh brioche round out this dish, which we serve in the Aranybástya atmosphere of the Aranybástya, overlooking Budapest.
