Guest services assistant

Introduction: Located in one of the Buda Castle’s newest gems— Lónyay-Hatvany —this unique hospitality venue specializes in serving as a café, salon, restaurant, and banquet hall. The building features a banquet hall that seats approximately 80 people, a private dining room for 90, and a terrace with a unique panoramic view that can accommodate 100 guests. We aim to create a cultural environment that attracts not only tourists who will return in the future but also locals seeking relaxation.

Job Title: Guest Services Assistant - (Waitstaff / Hostess / Barista)

Main Responsibilities: Ensuring a positive guest experience, greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments.
Performing the processes necessary for the daily operation of the unit—primarily behind the scenes—and serving food and beverages directly to guests from the preparation area.

Required language skills: Fluent English is required

Job type: Full-time

Required experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar setting
